Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using Aramex and other trusted courier partners where necessary.

Estimated delivery times are:

Major cities: 2–4 business days
Regional areas: 3–5 business days
Remote or outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Aramex tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel online.

Flawless Paws cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at info@flawlesspaws.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with Aramex to investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
